The thoughtful details
A few things to know.
Where can I see my points?
Choose “My points & rewards” to open the BFF panel. Use the account connected to your purchases. A zero balance means there are no points currently available in that account; contact [email protected] if you believe your history is missing.
How will I use a reward?
Select an available reward in the panel, then choose “Apply code” to return to your Bare & Fair bag. Your discount will be checked before checkout. The code is for your own account. A CA$50 minimum applies. New reward codes can combine with eligible order, product, and shipping discounts when both discounts allow it. Existing codes keep their original rules. Add other eligible codes in the Shopify checkout discount field.
Is my past spending included?
Eligible historical purchases are being reviewed. Historical balances must be verified before launch. Contact [email protected] if you have a question about your past orders.
